H Λίλα Παλαιολόγου ζει και εργάζεται στην Αθήνα και στη Mύκονο. Mε τη δουλειά της, επιδιώκει την συνομιλία και την ανταλλαγή απόψεων, με φίλους και πελάτες.

Η Λίλα γεννήθηκε στη Νιγηρία το 1963 αλλά μεγάλωσε στην Αθήνα. Αποφοίτησε από τη Σχολή Μωραΐτη και έπειτα σπούδασε γραφικές τέχνες στο Λονδίνο (Chelsea School of Art, Foundation in Art & Design, London College of Printing, BA Graphic Design). Με την επιστροφή της στην Αθήνα το 1986 ξεκινά την καριέρα της ως γραφίστρια και creative director σε μεγάλες πολυεθνικές διαφημιστικές εταιρίες. Κατάγεται από τη Μύκονο από τη μεριά του πατέρα της, Νίκου Παλαιολόγου. Μητέρα της ήταν η συγγραφέας Καίη Τσιτσέλη.

Το 2001, ιδρύει την εταιρία γραφιστικής και επικοινωνίας, “pelpal productions” (www.pelpal.gr). Η εταιρία συνεχίζει τη δραστηριότητα της έως και σήμερα και δραστηριοποιείται στο χώρο του τουρισμού (ονοματοθεσία, λογοτυπισμός, εταιρική ταυτότητα, έντυπα, αφίσες, συνέδρια) αλλά και των εκδόσεων. Παράλληλα, ειδικεύεται στο σχεδιασμό (interior design, art de la table etc.) χώρων εστίασης. Ασχολείται επίσης με συμβουλευτική και οργάνωση μενού εστιατορίων ή ξενοδοχείων.

 

Lila Paleologos lives and works in Mykonos and Athens. Her love and respect for design is constantly leading her to an exchange of diverse ideas and viewpoints while working with friends and clients.

Lila was born in Nigeria in 1963 but grew up in Athens, Greece. She graduated with honours from the London College of Printing where she studied Graphic Design (BA). Upon returning to Athens in 1986, she started working as a designer and later on as a creative director in advertising.

While living in Mykonos, Lila started her own design studio in 2001, “pelpal productions” (www.pelpal.gr). The company is still active in the tourist industry (brand identity and corporate image design for hotels and restaurants, brochures etc.) as well as in publishing. A specialist area of her work is interior design for restaurants, cafes and clubs, both in Mykonos and Athens, along with culinary and organizational consultation for menus.
